For the last 24 hours or so I’ve noticed that I’ve been getting an uptick in new subscribers to the Substack. I can’t say I expected to garner such a following here but I’m thrilled you’ve all decided to jump onboard. So let me first say welcome!
And second, thanks to this uptick, you’re giving me new incentive to increase my output on posts. The best thing about Substack is that it’s offered me a place to dive into topics I’ve yet to fully research and turn into 5 hour episodes or multi hour series (see also: my recent post that, in part, discussed the American eugenics movement) as well as to just discuss things that don’t necessarily fit into those narrative episodes at the length or depth I’d like to provide.
